Synchronise Instance
There will be separate menu for Connecting your Odoo to WooCommerce from the Instance Menu Create a New Record.
WooCommerce Configuration
Submit the Store URL, Consumer Key, Consumer Secret, and API Key, then save the record to display a ribbon indicating successful connection.
Store URL
Retrieve the store URL from the WooCommerce settings.
Consumer Key and Consumer Secret
Access the Consumer Key and Consumer Secret URL by navigating to WooCommerce > Settings > Advanced > REST API. Click on "Add Key" and ensure that the API is configured with explicit Read/Write permissions.
Key Details
By generating API Key you can get key like below.
Odoo API Key
To get Odoo Api Key, Go to Preferences
Create API
Click on Account Security and then click on New API Key.
Copy Access Token
Copy the Api key and Paste in WooCommerce Instance.
Configure Instance.
Created Instance can be seen in the overview menu here we can do specific operations Based on conditions.

When Click on Operation it will return wizard like that below,Here we can do specific data's import and export ,Sync Details button used for syncing both instance data's.
Job Menu
Once the processing is complete, if you open the Job menu, you can see all the data created as queues. Once the queues are complete, all your data will be loaded.

Delete From Woocommerce
Delete the order from WooCommerce, which has been synced with Odoo, by clicking the marked button in the screenshot below. The product and partner will also be deleted from WooCommerce when they are deleted from Odoo.
Webhook Configuration
To Configure Webhook in WooCommerce Go to WooCommerce > Settings > Advanced > Webhooks. Click on Add webhook

Customer Creation Webhook: Set the Topic to "Customer Created",set the Status as Active and configure the Delivery URL by appending "/customers/create" to the link of the Odoo instance.

Customer Update Webhook: Set the Topic to "Customer updated",set the Status as Active and and configure the Delivery URL by appending "/customers/update" to the link of the Odoo instance.

Yes, orders placed in WooCommerce are automatically synced with Odoo in real-time. This ensures that your order data is always up-to-date in both platforms without manual intervention.
Products are automatically synced between WooCommerce and Odoo in real-time using the connector. You can import products from WooCommerce to Odoo and export updates or new products from Odoo to WooCommerce.
Customer data is seamlessly synced between WooCommerce and Odoo. When a new customer registers or updates their details in WooCommerce, this information is synced to Odoo, and vice versa.
In case of a sync error, the connector uses queue jobs to track and resolve the issue. You’ll be notified of any errors, and you can retry the synchronization to ensure uninterrupted data flow.
