Once examination done finished exam by clicking on 'FINISH' button.



Once cancelled exam, Admin have option to reset as draft.


Exam Result Menu

User can view the list of created exam results.


Admin can create exam result by entering student details and exam details with obtained marks so other grade and result details should be calculated.

Admin can confirm the exam result by clicking on 'CONFIRM' button.


Admin can done the exam result by clicking on 'DONE' button.


Admin or student can re-evaluate the exam result by clicking on 'RE-EVALUATE' button and result details will be updated.

Admin or student can make the payment by clicking on 'PAYMENT' button.


Admin or student can confirm the invoice by selecting fees id and register the payment.



Admin or student can view the paid fees receipt and also view the invoice under smart button of 'Invoice'.

If manager allot booked rooms, Warning raised.


If manager allot booked bed, Warning raised.


Manager can set payment details in that generate fees invoice by clicking on "FEES INVOICE" button.

Manager can set hostel other details in "Other Info" tab in that add hostel is anti ragging or not, responsible person, upload document and sign/date.


When hostel admission process is in progress then manager can clicking on "In Progress" button to moved hostel admission in progress stage.


Once hostel admission process is completed then manager can clicking on "Complete" button to moved hostel admission in complete stage.


If hostel admission has been expire then clicking on "Expired" button.


Once hostel admission has been expired then manager have access to reset the hostel admission process by clicking on "Set to Draft" button.


Manager can see hostel admission is in draft stage and follow the same admission process.

Admin can create transport registration by selection of the transport student, vehicle number, transport name then set monthly amount and month duration and also set transport duration.

Admin can register the transport payment by clicking on 'PAYMENT' button.


Generated Transport Invoice

Admin or student can view the generated transport invoice and register the payment.



Done the Transport Registration

Once transport invoice paid, Admin can done the registration of the transport.



Student Details Menu

Admin can create student details with configured transport details.



Print Transport Info Report

Admin or student can print student transport information under 'Print' menu.
